ADAM PHILPOT

Adam has extensive leadership experience in Operations and Business Development across several industries. He has led large teams in both startup environments and fortune 15 organizations.

In his time at these organizations, he has owned the operational integration of companies, drove new market growth, and led large cross-functional teams. Most recently, he had financial responsibility and operational accountability for a department managing $300M in revenue. He plans to spend the remainder of his career in the small business community growing an already great business.

His leadership principles have always been grounded in people before profit and a focus on servant leadership.

He currently lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys woodworking and staying active when he isn't searching for a business to acquire.
